Shipping & Delivery

Voice in the City aims to process and ship your order within 7 working days. Of course due to ministry commitments this might not always be possible so we advise you to call beforehand if speedy delivery is a priority for you. Orders to the UK and international countries (excluding Germany, Austria and Switzerland) are shipped using Royal Mail and every care is taken to ensure your order arrives with you in good condition.

Materials

All Voice in the City materials, which include DVDs, CDs, Videos, Audio Tapes, Books and Downloads, are protected by Copyright Laws. No part of a publication may be reproduced or transmitted in any form, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying or any information storage and retrieval system including publication onto the World Wide Web or Bulletin Boards, without permission in writing from the author and publisher.

Voice in the City recognises that privacy is important. We do not share your information, it is just used for shipping and payment processing and never with third parties. Registering to the website will add you to our mailing list and as such you will receive our newsletter, reports and sometimes further correspondence such as information on meetings in your area.

Voice in the City processes personal information at our offices in the United Kingdom and in Germany.

If you do not wish us to keep your personal information on file, please use the email form to contact us of your decision and we will remove your details.

We make good faith efforts to provide you access to your personal information upon request and to let you correct such data if it is inaccurate and delete it, when reasonably possible.
