Our most recent Relevant Youth Night was an evening where we turned the lies of the enemy upside down! We are grateful for everyone that came. We had fun, prayed for the sick and had a profound time of interactive groupwork where we disarmed the lies of the enemy by applying the truth of the Word of God.
Knowing scripture and how to speak the Truth of God’s Word over our lives, is powerful to silent the lies of the enemy. When we pray scripture over our situation, lies have no ground to stand on.
This surely is a lifetime process, but we want to ensure that young people know how to fight against the lies of the enemy.
When the formalities were done, no one wanted to go home! To explain her message, Tabea (one of the leaders) had brought a pair of glasses that turn everything on its head. Many wanted to test these glasses, and some tried to walk down the stairs, which became a big challenge and offered some comic relief.
Our goal at Relevant is it to train and equip a young generation to become strong and devoted followers of Jesus and we believe that this evening had left an impact on them. Thank you for your prayer support!
