The integrated farming is a program designed to give spiritual and agricultural training.
It is designed to give young Christian men and woman, that have no opportunity to go to universities, the opportunity to get professional training and a certificate of recognition after they have successfully completed the program provided.
Originally, we had twelve students but only eight completed the six-week program. This is a powerful tool to impact their lives spiritually as well as setting them on a path for their future as farmers. Agricultural training in theory is given in the morning, with spiritual input and practical training in the afternoon. This program is totally supported and funded by the Trust Cinta Papua.
The graduation that took place in the Love Papua Centre was attended by several pastors and leaders from the city of Manokwari as well as from the Subsay inland area, where the training took place.
These courses will be offered three to four times per year.
