A blessing for the nations

A blessing for the nations

The Love Papua Centre provides basic English classes and the enthusiasm of the children to attend these classes is evident. We believe that these children will become like arrows that will be launched to be a blessing for nations and that they will also become ambassadors for the Kingdom.

On 15th August 2019, the Love Papua Centre (LPC) held a Prayer and Worship Night as a follow-up from the Psalmody Seminar with pastor Trevor Sampson (South Africa) last July.

It was not just a time of lifting up praise and worship to God but also of prayer for the peace of Indonesia especially with Indonesian Independence Day coming round on 17th August. That night, 137 people came to worship together and to pray for the peace of Indonesia.

Also in August, the LPC Children’s Ministry continued to minister to the children by providing free maths classes for the elementary school children according to their grade. Also, every Wednesday there is a special service for the children. The Love Papua Centre provides basic English classes and the enthusiasm of the children to attend these classes is evident. We believe that these children will become like arrows that will be launched to be a blessing for nations and that they will also become ambassadors for the Kingdom.

On Friday 23rd August, the Love Papua Centre finished the first batch of youth training for area 1 (Subsay and surrounding area) and area 2 (Wapramasi, Warmare, Prafi, Masni, Sidey).

We praise God that we have now completed 15 sessions in partnership with Regional Church Association (BKAG) Wapramasi. We have awarded certificates of appreciation for attending this three-month short course to 111 young people.

We wish to convey our gratitude to all sponsors, donors, prayers and all the ministers that support this ministry.

May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you.
Together for the harvest.
