“Ein Herz für Frankfurt” (“A Heart For Frankfurt”) was an initiative of the “Evangelische Allianz Frankfurt” (“Evangelical Alliance Frankfurt”) that wanted to bring God’s love in word and deed to our city with the aim of Christians and their churches becoming more visible and taking care of the people of Frankfurt.

City Taking 2011 was about the actual realization of this initiative. In the week after Pentecost from 13th - 19th June, “Ein Herz für Frankfurt” we started to reach out to the people and their communities in the western part of Frankfurt.
