PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO GAYLE CLAXTON

Co Founder Voice in the City Ministries


Within our missions organisation Voice in the City a work opportunity opens within the finance department. However this is more than just working with book keeping it is also a secretarial position to one of the directors and co- visionary of the organization. The person we are looking for might be you!


We are praying and believing for an enthusiastic, motivated person who loves prayer and would like to work in a Christian missions organization.  This is a full time, paid position as the personal Assistant to Gayle Claxton, based in our office in Frankfurt, Germany.


Different responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Bookings of accounts
  2. Petty cash
  3. Purchasing of Office supplies
  4. Processing on regular monthly donations
  5. Payment of Accounts
  6. Secretarial and normal administrative work
  7. Possible travelling opportunities when Gayle is ministering (however this will not be that frequent)
  8. Handling of stock and sales at events and Internet

Absolute requirement and necessity

Please note as applicant you must be fluent in both German and English (written and spoken),

have a good general knowledge of accounting and general book- keeping procedures, preferably to small business standard,

as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word and Excel).
